The Nations: From Abraham to Every Tribe and Tongue

Long before there was a nation called Israel, God signed a global charter: "In thee shall all families of the earth be blessed." The national phase of the story was the vehicle, never the destination — the line would narrow to one Man so the blessing could widen to all people. This seven-day study traces that widening mercy from Abraham to Ruth to Jonah to Pentecost, all the way to the multitude of every tribe and tongue before the throne.

Across seven daily readings you'll follow the thread from Genesis 12:3's global charter through Ruth the Moabitess grafted into the Messiah's line, Jonah's reluctant mission to Nineveh, Isaiah 49's "light to the Gentiles," Paul's revelation that the gospel was preached to Abraham in Galatians 3:8, the "every nation under heaven" of Acts 2, and Revelation 7's uncountable multitude. Each day includes a KJV key verse, guided reading, warm plain-spoken commentary, three reflection questions, a short prayer, one concrete action step, and two cross-references for deeper study.

Part 20 of the Twenty Threads series — twenty seven-day studies tracing the great themes of Scripture. You were in the charter from the beginning. This volume shows you your place in God's global story.
