Before God had explained almost anything about redemption, He made a promise in Eden: a Seed of the woman would crush the serpent. The Seed follows that promise across two thousand years as it narrows — from Abraham's family, to Judah's tribe, to David's house, to one Child in a Bethlehem manger. At every stage someone tried to snuff the line out: Cain, Athaliah, Haman, Herod. Every attempt failed.
This is Volume 2 of Twenty Threads, a 20-part series tracing the great themes of Scripture from Genesis to Revelation. Each volume is a 7-day study with daily KJV readings, warm plain-spoken commentary, reflection questions, prayers, and one small "live it" step per day — perfect for your morning quiet time, Advent reading, or a week-long personal study.
