God has a habit of choosing the people nobody else would pick — the younger twin, the forgotten shepherd, the frightened farmer, the barren woman, the nobody from Nazareth. Volume 6 of the Twenty Threads series traces this beautiful pattern across Scripture, from Jacob and David to Gideon, Hannah, and Mary, landing on the reason Paul gives in 1 Corinthians 1: God chooses the weak on purpose, so that no flesh glories in His presence.
Across seven daily readings you'll discover that the very things you treat as disqualifications may be the openings God is looking for. Each day includes a KJV key verse, warm plain-spoken teaching, reflection questions, a short prayer, one concrete action step, and cross-references for deeper study. Perfect for personal devotions, small groups, or anyone who needs to hear that God doesn't need you to be likely — He needs you to be His.
